The Windsor – Bay Colony was the last residential tower to built directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Construction began in 1997 and owners began to move into the condominiums in early 1998. There are thirty-one units within the twenty-one floors of the Windsor featuring breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
