The Contessa – Bay Colony

Contessa Bay Colony, the first residential tower to grace the beach of Bay Colony in Pelican Bay. Like the other Bay Colony towers, Contessa Bay Colony is situated directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico and south of the grand Ritz-Carlton hotel. With a total of seventy-six residences, four to each floor with two penthouses to a floor on each of the top levels. Residences are fully-equipped with imported cabinetry, built-in appliances, and crown molding in great rooms plus huge screened-in terraces provided breathtaking views of the beautiful Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
